Molalla River Table Rock Recreation Management Plan

***UPDATE!*** Molalla River Corridor recreation sites have been established by the BLM to address the impacts of dispersed camping in the corridor. As of early 2013, development of campgrounds with trash recepticles and toilets can be seen in the corridor. Read below for the original notice information.

The BLM has released a draft Environmental Assessment (EA) for recreation in the Molalla River Corridor. This recreation plan would end dispersed camping in the corridor and create three primitive type campgrounds in order to curtail the environmentally and socially harmful impacts of dispersed camping. The BLM is currently accepting comments on their draft EA to be received on July 15 2010. Email comments to Cindy Enstrom at cindy_enstrom@blm.gov.
