Build Community with Bark

Show up for Mt. Hood and the businesses that support Bark's work!

Now is the time to show up—not only for the causes we hold dear—but to support the many local businesses who have been hit especially hard due to the demands of the times.

In celebration of Earth Day's 50th Anniversary (that's right, 50!) Bark has partnered with Earth Day Oregon, a statewide campaign to AMPLIFY the impact of Earth Day, by directing donations from sustainably-minded companies to nonprofits, like Bark. Our partners, Discerning BeaverEastBurn Public HouseKhora CoffeehouseLaurelhurst Theater, and Oregon Public House have committed to supporting Bark's work. Your dollar can make a difference in supporting both their business and our mission!

Until we can be there physically, we can support them in other ways:

  • Nominate your favorites for Willamette Week's Best of Portland!

  • Buy a gift certificate online to use at a later date!

  • Send kind words of support!

  • Order to-go/pick up options (and leave a larger tip if you can!)

Our community makes us stronger and it’s been awe-inspiring to witness the ways in which we’ve all adapted to support, nurture, and tend to the people, causes, and businesses we love.

Thank you for your dedication to all that is good.
